KIDS FAVORITE INDOOR PLAY-PLACE!
My son had fun bouncing, jumping, sliding and playing around. It’s a cool indoor play place with many fun things to offer. We have been twice and every time our experience was memorable. The place if clean with a food area, birthday party rooms and rest rooms. I really hope they open another play place closer to Gurnee.

This is the best grandparents/grandkids play place in Crystal Lake. We have a 9 year old and 3 year old grandsons. The equipment is great for both ages. Staff is really nice.
Hosted my son’s birthday party here recently. Everything was decorated and ready to go by the time we arrived. Staff was accommodating to last minute add-on activities and adjustments to guest count. Pricing is fair, and the party package is exactly what we wanted. Our coordinator, Tori, was very helpful! By the end of our reservation time, staff had our items packed conveniently in a cart to make car-loading easy. Highly recommend this venue and location if you’re looking for a place to host a child’s birthday party. Thank you, Jump!Zone!
I just want to start with, out of all the venues I have done for the past 6 years for my daughters bday. This one has to be the winner. The customer service was amazing. I reached out to JumpZone in June to ask questions about the party prices. Tori was my emailing contact and she did a wonderful job explaining things, and responding quickly to all my questions and concerns. They went above and beyond and took take of decorating the room as long as things were dropped off, they were also kind enough to inflate our balloons. From my experience most of these things always get up charged or they ask you take care of it all. When our party started Tori helped us set up our catering food and was on top of drinks and figuring out times for calling our guests in for food and cake. She was constantly checking in on us. And was ready to help at any given time. Overall this is a rockstar team! Things are taken care of, everyone is very friendly, the environment is clean and inviting! For anyone looking for a hassle free party experience this is the place for you! Wouldn’t mind doing future parties here again!
